Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement dealership sales process, CRM Software
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, gross average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification.
• Follow-up with clients to ensure successful referral business and maintain clientele.

Qualifications:

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
